The hotel offers newly renovated rooms with lots of extras like bathrobes, disposable slippers, and comfortable beds; however, there were issues with cleanliness and occasional strong smells in the non-smoking rooms. The service was friendly and accommodating despite minor language barriers. Its location is ideal for skiing enthusiasts, being just a short walk from the gondola and the center. The dining experience varied, with a good buffet selection but occasional low-quality products. Overall, a mixed but decent stay at a reasonable price.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was a one-bedroom apartment with lovely views, equipped with many extras like bathrobes, disposable slippers, and a hot water kettle. The service was excellent with friendly staff always ready to assist, even though there were few guests around. The location was superb, close to everything I needed and a perfect starting point for adventures. However, the dining experience was not up to par, with cold and low-quality food. Despite this, the overall experience was pleasant and comfortable.
